YOUR WELLNESS JOURNEY AT THE POOL HOUSE A five-hour reset for your guests... Your experience begins beside the pond. Surrounded by mature gardens, gentle running water and the stillness of the countryside, begin your session with yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork, sound healing or mindful movement. A moment to slow down. Breathe deeply. Reset. Then, your wellness journey continues... Move your group from the peaceful pondside setting into the beautiful private Pool House and pool garden, where the experience flows from movement into pure relaxation. Slip into the heated pool. Sink into the hot tub. Stretch out beside the water, unwind in the garden and simply enjoy the space, exclusively yours. Five beautiful hours designed to give your guests time to move, breathe, relax, reconnect and completely switch off from the outside world. The Pool House kitchen is available to prepare and serve smoothies, healthy drinks, light refreshments or a beautiful wellness brunch, allowing you to create an experience completely unique to your clients. Our suggested experience time is 9am–2pm — a beautiful time of day at The Pool House. Begin beside the pond in the calm of the morning before moving through to the pool garden as the day warms. For a completely different mood, our 3pm–8pm experience may also be available. Begin your wellness journey in the afternoon before moving to the pool and hot tub as the evening draws in, creating a softer, more atmospheric experience. Please check our diary for current availability and available session times. YOUR HOST CHECKLIST Please bring: • A suitable extension cord if electricity is required by the pond • Yoga or Pilates mats and any specialist equipment required for your session • Towels for your guests • Bottled water for your guests Please arrive 20 minutes before your session to set up and prepare the space before your guests arrive. Designed for intimate wellness groups of up to 12 guests. The pool is heated from April until late October. FIVE HOURS. ONE BEAUTIFUL RESET.
Cancellation Policy
Exclusive use of The Pool House kitchen and living area, bathrooms, private pool garden, seating and relaxation areas, heated pool (April to late October) and hot tub. Maximum 12 guests, including the instructor. Booking & Payment Full payment secures your date and time. Bookings are confirmed in writing and are non-refundable within 7 days. Where possible, an alternative date may be offered, subject to availability. Guests & Security Full names of all guests, including the instructor, must be provided in advance. Only registered guests may attend. Extra guests require prior approval. The lead booker must ensure the group follows these terms. Instructors & Insurance All wellness professionals must hold qualifications and valid liability insurance. Evidence may be requested. Practitioners are responsible for safe delivery. Water Facilities Pool, hot tub and cold-water use is at each participant's discretion. Guests must follow safety guidance, consider their medical suitability and seek medical advice if concerned. No diving, running or unsafe behaviour. Kitchen, Towels & Facilities The kitchen may be used for drinks, smoothies and light refreshments. Plates, glasses and cutlery are provided. Bring bottled water and towels for guests. Areas must be left clean and tidy. Damage, loss or breakages may be charged to the lead booker. Weather If weather makes the experience unsuitable, The Pool House may reschedule your booking to an alternative available date. Respecting The Pool House Please respect the property, gardens, pond, wildlife and neighbours. No parties or amplified music. Soft music may be played by the pond. No smoking inside. CCTV & Security External CCTV operates for safety and security. There are no cameras inside The Pool House. Hire Times Your booking includes 5 hours' hire, plus up to 20 minutes before the start time for set-up. Guests and equipment must leave by the agreed departure time. Extra time must be agreed in advance. Late departure may incur a charge. Parking & Access Group parking is at St Mary Magdalene Church, Westoning UK, or within the village. Do not park on the private driveway or access road unless agreed. QR gate access and arrival directions will be provided. Guests must use the designated entrance and remain within agreed hire areas. Agreement By making payment, the lead booker confirms they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions for themselves and all registered guests.
