Cancellations:

 

We understand that plans can change, and we will always do our best to help.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

  • Bookings made within 14 days of the arrival date are non-refundable from the time of booking. For example, if you book a stay for the following week and then need to cancel, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund, as we have reserved those dates specifically for you and may not have sufficient time to re-let them.

  • If we are able to re-book the cancelled dates, we will happily offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.

  • No refunds will be given for early departures or no-shows.

As a small independent business, last-minute cancellations can have a significant impact on us. Thank you for your understanding and support.

We strongly recommend that guests take out suitable travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect their stay.

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
