Our Airbnb is set in the village of Westoning—a genuinely quiet, tucked-away spot in the countryside.
It’s one of those places where things just feel slower. No busy roads, no constant noise—just open space, fresh air, and a proper sense of calm. The property itself is in a completely private position, so you’re not overlooked and can really switch off and enjoy your own space.
It’s ideal if you’re looking to escape the noise for a bit—whether that’s a quiet weekend away, some time to reset, or just somewhere you can properly relax without distractions.
But when you do want to get out and explore, you’re really well placed.
You’re just a short drive from Woburn Safari Park—perfect for a full day out—and right near Center Parcs Woburn Forest for activities, spa days, and family fun.
You’ve also got:
Woburn Abbey and its beautiful grounds
The Forest of Marston Vale for walks and nature
Easy access to Milton Keynes for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment
And for getting around, it’s all really straightforward—just outside Flitwick and Harlington, with quick access to the M1 (Junction 12).

Yes—The Pool House is completely self-contained, giving you your own private space to relax and enjoy your stay.
While it is connected to our main home, it has been thoughtfully designed to feel entirely separate, so you won’t feel overlooked or disturbed.
You’ll also have access to a fully enclosed, fenced garden area, offering an added sense of privacy and security—perfect for unwinding outdoors.
For convenience, there is safe and secure parking for two to three cars directly on site.
It’s the best of both worlds—privacy, space, and independence, with everything you need right on your doorstep.
For the safety, security, and peace of mind of both our guests and ourselves, Ring security cameras are installed on the exterior walls of the property only. These help us monitor the entrance points and outdoor areas of the property, ensuring a safe and secure environment for everyone during your stay.
There are absolutely no cameras inside the accommodation .
There is private, secure parking available on-site for up to two to three cars, making arrival and departure easy and stress-free.
The parking area is located directly at the property, so you won’t need to worry about finding a space or walking far with luggage.

Yes—the property features its own private, enclosed garden, designed for you to relax and enjoy in complete privacy.
Outside, you’ll find a heated plunge pool (approximately 4 feet deep)—perfect for cooling off or unwinding in comfort. The pool is typically open from April/May through to late September, depending on the season.
The garden is filled with beautiful planting, creating a calm, peaceful setting that feels tucked away and not overlooked, so you can fully switch off and enjoy the space.
There are also comfortable loungers , seating ideal for morning coffee, quiet afternoons, or winding down in the evening.
And coming soon… we’ll be adding a hot tub, bringing even more of that luxury, relaxing feel to your stay.
It’s a quiet, secluded outdoor space designed for total relaxation.
The pool is completely private and exclusively yours for the duration of your stay—no sharing, no interruptions, just your own space to relax and enjoy.
Set within your own enclosed garden, it offers a calm, secluded setting where you can truly switch off.
The pool is typically open from April/May through to the end of September, depending on the season, making it perfect for warmer days and relaxed evenings outdoors.

Check-in is from 3:00pm, giving you plenty of time to arrive, settle in, and start enjoying your stay.
We kindly ask that guests check out by 11:00am on the day of departure, allowing us time to prepare the space to the highest standard for the next guests.
Before you leave, we just ask that you leave the house as you would your own.
Please place used towels in the shower stall or in the basket provided, and kindly dispose of your rubbish in the bin store by the gate on your way out—it really helps us keep everything running smoothly.
