And don't be fooled by the words garden centre — Frosts is so much more than somewhere to buy plants!
Shop, Browse & Find Some Inspiration
Frosts is a lovely place to wander around, particularly if you enjoy beautiful homes, interiors and gardens. Alongside its extensive plant nursery, you'll find garden furniture, seasonal displays, home and lifestyle inspiration and plenty of lovely things to browse.
There is also a Food Market, with a deli, bakery, butcher and fresh produce, so it's worth having a look around before you leave.
For garden lovers, the nursery is naturally a big part of the experience, but even if gardening isn't your thing, there is still plenty to see.
Stop for Breakfast, Lunch or Cake
Make sure you leave time for something to eat!
The restaurant serves freshly prepared breakfasts and lunches, including soups, salads, specials and seasonal dishes using fresh ingredients and local produce. Or simply stop for coffee and one of the cakes.
For something a little more indulgent, Frosts also offers Afternoon Tea, with finger sandwiches, homemade cakes, freshly baked scones with clotted cream and preserve, and your choice of tea or coffee. You can even add a glass of prosecco.
Something Different – Pottery Painting
If you're looking for an activity rather than simply shopping, Frosts Woburn Sands also has The Potting Shed Studio, where you can choose a piece of pottery and paint your own creation.
It's a lovely idea for a rainy day, a mother-and-daughter afternoon or simply doing something creative and a little different during your stay.
Our Pool House Tip
Give yourself a couple of hours rather than popping in quickly. Have a browse, pick up some interiors or garden inspiration, wander through the Food Market and finish with lunch, coffee and cake or Afternoon Tea.
It's particularly lovely when the seasonal displays change — and if you're staying with us around Christmas, Frosts is always worth putting on your places-to-visit list.
